My journey with fitness began as an athlete in school. At 20 I started working with the Taj Group of Hotels, India and worked in the hospitality industry for over 35 years, the last stint of which was recipe and menu planning for the juice bars at Fitness First, UAE for 8 years.
Years of experience at the intersection of hospitality, F&B and my own fitness regime led to a deep practical understanding of not only the role that nutrition plays in health but also just how constant change is…in our bodies, needs and health!
